c) Zone Diet – This diet is broken down into 30% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 30% fats. It basically tries to keep your hormones balanced while increasing the energy levels.

d) Cabbage Soup – This is a 7 day diet, and considered by many as a fad diet. However, it does work on many women because cabbage has a low calorie content. If eaten with specific food items like potatoes, other vegetables and fruits, and banana, the results will speak for itself. There is a specific graduated process on which food item to eat with your soup, and it slowly gets heavier by the end of the week.

It is important that if you really want a good diet that works fast, your main concentration should be to eat healthy. Everything falls into place once you get this ingrained as part of your lifestyle. You will voluntarily cut off salty junk food, sugary drinks, preserved food, canned goods, and too much sweets.
